At Qissa, every piece is crafted with care, intention, and attention to detail. As a small, growing brand, we currently do not offer returns. Each order is created in limited quantities, and avoiding returns helps us maintain the quality, sustainability, and fair pricing we aim to provide.

We do offer exchanges in case you need a different size or there is any genuine issue with the product.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 3–4 days after you receive your order.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
Once an item has been exchanged it cannot be exchanged again or returned.
Exchange is subject to availability of stock
